The Fall of Macken, Proctor, and Fitzgerald

The Great Betrayal of 2024: The Fall of Macken, Proctor, and Fitzgerald

In one of the most shocking investment scandals of the decade, Michael J. Macken, Philip Proctor, and Omar Fitzgerald have emerged as the central figures in a scheme that unlawfully reinvested investors’ funds without their knowledge or consent. Their actions have not only led to devastating financial ruin but have also torn families apart.

  1. Philip proctor was a family friend who would borrow money from my father and pay him back until he borrowed £60,000 from him and he fled the country to Cuba leaving his family behind and left my parents in a situation they had to sell their farm land to fund themselves .
My father never got over it and he eventually passed away and never had justice .
Proctor is involved in so many churches and even though the churches had been warned he was able to scam his way to play it down .
He lives in a rented house in Moira Northern Ireland just passed Langtree lane garden centre .
We know of so many people he scammed in our area all friends from churches he was involved with .
The metropolitan police came over to Northern Ireland and told my family proctor is so crooked he couldn’t lie straight in bed at night .
Historical cases are going to be investigated and glad to say my mother and late fathers is one .
I cannot express the happiness to know he has been caught out .
His family have lived the highlife from the stolen money of many for years but hopefully he will finally be put behind bars but he will probably run off to Cuba again .
The last time he saw me I was a 13 year old child and I asked him where my mum and dads money was and he took me by the throat and pinned me to a wall at a Christian holiday camp but I’m 46 now well built and
I would like to be able to protect myself now should he try to do the same again .

  2. Alan, you’re not alone.

Reading your story, I want you to know that I fully stand with you. What happened to your father is devastating — not only financially, but emotionally and morally. The betrayal by someone claiming to represent faith, family, and friendship makes this even more serious.

    You’re not the only one.
Philip Proctor has been operating as part of a criminal network together with Michael J. Macken and Omar Fitzgerald. Michael has long been the head of the snake.
They have deceived multiple families by hiding behind spiritual authority, manipulating people through churches, and preying on those who trusted them because of faith.
Proctor used the church as a shield and exploited your father’s belief in God – which is the lowest kind of criminal there is.

We are now moving forward with criminal prosecution.
A coordinated case is being prepared in criminal court to hold Proctor and his associates fully accountable, and to work toward recovering the money that was stolen.
This is not isolated. Others are stepping forward. There are funds to be reclaimed — and there will be consequences.

You mentioned that you know of other families who were also targeted.
Please feel free to contact me. Your insight, and the voices of those you know, could help strengthen the case further and protect others from going through what we’ve experienced.

You’ve already shown great strength by speaking up. Now there’s a real opportunity to do something with that strength — and I’d be honored to stand with you as this unfolds.

    With respect and solidarity,

    Jerry
