Summary:
In a tense exchange, two fraudsters, John P. Hess and Omar Fitzgerald, scramble to pacify a skeptical victim, repeatedly assuring that millions will land in their accounts by Monday. The victim grows wary, questioning the stalled €900 million transfer and the delays with an escrow account. Amidst mounting pressure from multiple fronts, John frantically insists the money is “a done deal,” swearing on his life that all will be resolved. As frustrations simmer and assurances turn desperate, the fragile scheme begins to unravel, leaving all parties teetering on the edge of mistrust and ruin.

Ah, would you look at the sheer lack of backbone on this one! Trickin’ decent folk like that sure, it’s far from holy behavior. An awful shame, if you ask me
